Compact cardio machine with a stable frame

The Kettler Unix 400 elliptical cross trainer delivers a pleasantly comfortable training experience in a space-saving design. This compact trainer is ideal for regular cardio training at home to help improve one’s overall fitness, burn calories and strengthen muscles in the legs, backside and upper body. Its elliptical motion is especially easy on the joints in the hips and knees.

More muscle activation with flexible movements

On the 400, you can go forwards or backwards. Performing the movement in reverse activates different muscle groups for a more varied workout. The 32 electronically adjustable resistance levels of the magnetic braking system allow you to make fine adjustments to suit your own fitness level. The elliptical offers performance specs of 0–250 watts at 60 rpm or comparatively 10–605 watts at 100 rpm – ideal for casual or serious training.

Console with a clear layout and variety of workout programmes

The extra-large 7″ LCD screen shows all your important training data. Time, distance, speed, watts, calories burned, heart rate and rotations per minute are permanently displayed. The computer offers 40 workout programmes in total, including 30 pre-installed resistance profile programmes, goal countdowns for time, distance and calories, three heart rate controlled programmes, two custom interval programmes, a watt programme and the simple quickstart mode. Additionally, the Unix 400 is compatible with fitness apps like Kinormap which lets users walk virtual routes from all over the world.

Well-equipped for comfortable, convenient, at-home workouts

Large, non-slip tread surfaces ensure a sure footing while you exercise. A practical tray can hold a smartphone or tablet of any size. Contact sensors built into the centre handles let you keep an eye on your pulse, and the console can also receive signals from chest straps to measure heart rates with ECG accuracy. Wheels on the front allow users to easily roll the machine around which is compact (only 124 x 56 x 150cm) despite it being sturdy enough to support a max. user weight of 130 kg, making the Kettler Unix 400 a well-thought-out solution for effective, convenient cardio training in the home.
