- BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR INDIVIDUALS OVER 35 OR PERSONS WITH PRE-EXISTING HEALTH PROBLEMS. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING ANY FITNESS EQUIPMENT.
- It is necessary to inspect this multigym regularly to maintain safety and proper function. Use the maintenance schedule for this. Immediately replace any and all defective or worn parts. Pay special attention to moving parts such as cables and pulleys and connections to accessories. See “General Maintenance” section for complete details.
- Use this multigym only for its intended purpose as described in this manual or the exercise chart. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not hang from the moving parts. They are not designed to support a person’s weight.
- Make sure bystanders are at least 1.5 meters (5 feet) away from the multigym while it is in use.
- Keep children away from the multigym at all times.
- Do not place the multigym too close to walls and ensure there are no obstacles or furniture nearby.
- Stop immediately if you experience shortness of breath, pain, or dizziness during your workout. Inspire strongly recommends consulting your doctor before starting an exercise program.
